This Extended Comprehensive Cover will be fully binding on the Customer as per the below terms and conditions. The Extended Comprehensive Cover period shall begin after expiry of the 12-month standard warranty provided by the Company. This can be extended up to 60 months from the date of original purchase of this product at the sole discretion of the Company. The Extended Comprehensive Cover will be applicable up to 2.0Tr capacity only.

1. This Extended Comprehensive Cover is confined to the original purchaser who has bought the product only from the Company or an authorized dealer/distributor of the Company. This warranty cannot be transferred by the original purchaser to any person by whatever means of the same product.
2. This Extended Comprehensive Cover warrants the original purchaser of this contract (except the grill, knobs, remote, air filters and add-on plastic parts) for a period of Forty-eight (48) months from the date of purchase. The Company will repair or replace free of charge any part or parts of the Air conditioner, which proves upon inspection by the Company or any of its Sales and Service Dealers to have been defective due to faulty material. This does not entitle replacement of the entire product.
3. The Extended Comprehensive Cover for the product will automatically be ended on the date of expiry of the above period, irrespective of whether the Air conditioner has been in use or not, or the unit is moved from one location to another without authorized service personnel’s assistance.
4. All payments need to be made in advance along with this Extended Comprehensive Cover.
5. There shall not be any refund of the Extended Comprehensive Cover amount already paid to the Franchisee or Dealer, should the customer request termination of the contract before the expiry of this Extended Comprehensive Cover.
6. Acceptance and renewal of this Extended Comprehensive Cover shall be at the sole discretion of the company.
7. This Extended Comprehensive Cover is not transferrable if resale or gift to any other person and no refund will be given.
8. The Customer shall register the call through our Customer Care Number 1860 208 1007 or WhatsApp Number 637 988 1007 .
9. Extended Comprehensive Cover period shall include time taken for repairs, replacements, breakdowns, transit time etc.
10. Parts of the unit replaced or repaired under the terms of this Extended Comprehensive Cover are warranted only for the remaining period of the original contract period.
11. For air conditioner(s) installed outside the municipal limits, all expenses incurred in collecting the unit or parts thereof from the outstation location and its return to the original location after attending to the repair, will be to the owner’s account and shall be payable in advance.
12. The Extended Comprehensive cover herein is in lieu of implied conditions and contract under the law and is confined to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damages to the property or loss of life arising from such defects. Furthermore, the Extended Comprehensive Cover, in no case shall extend to the payment of any monetary consideration whatsoever or the replacement or return of the Air conditioner.
13. The Company or its authorized sales and service dealer will advise the Customer whether to effect repairs/replacements at the site of installation or at the Company or authorized sales and service dealer’s premises and the decision of the Company will be final.
14. The supply voltage to the Air conditioner is to be kept at + or – 10% of 230V power supply using good quality Manual Stabilizer.
15. In the case of Evaporator and Condenser Coil replacement, charges relating to any other spares or consumables, and to and from transportation must be paid by the Customer.
16. Extended Comprehensive Cover is null and void if,
    • The copy of the Extended Comprehensive Cover card and purchase invoice is not presented to authorized service personnel at the time of service of the product.
    • Any damage caused by accident, mishandling, tampering with installation, defects caused to the parts due to improper or reckless usage or negligence in following instructions of the original user manual issued by Company.
    • Any damage caused by improper electrical circuit outside the unit or building earthing or by any higher voltage electrical supply.
    • During the Extended Comprehensive Cover period if any part of the unit is altered, repaired, or serviced by any unauthorized persons.
    • The serial number of the unit or any part thereof is damaged, defaced, altered, obliterated, or tampered with or removal for any reason whatsoever.
    • Movement of the product from its original place of installation or re-installation by unauthorized persons.
    • The installed capacity of the air conditioner is of lesser capacity than the required capacity.
17. Any accessories, such as voltage stabilizers, MCB etc., are not covered under this Extended Comprehensive Cover.
18. In case of Compressor and Outdoor Inverter Printed Circuit Board failure, the Company has the right to inspect the air conditioner by the Company or through its authorized personnel and deny replacement if any abnormal usage.
19. Extended Comprehensive Cover does not cover parts/coils damaged due to polluted/dusty and corrosive atmosphere/factory areas/abnormally high ambient temperature places like furnaces or heat chambers.
20. Extended Comprehensive Cover does not cover any form of damages/defects to the product caused by any foreign object or rodents/insects or fire, floods, lightning, water or any other natural calamities and acts of God.
21. Every year, two free Preventive Maintenance Services will be provided by the Company through its authorized personnel. Service due dates will be informed to your registered mobile number and should be availed within 15 days period, if not, it will expire. The onus to avail free preventive maintenance service rests with the Customer.
22. This Extended Comprehensive Cover does not cover any concealed piping/Flare nuts and its maintenance, damage caused due to improper installation and water/refrigerant gas leakage from the concealed piping, resulting in damage or cracks on the wall surface at Customer premises.
23. None of the employees and/or authorized dealers of the Company have any authority whatsoever to vary the terms and conditions of this Extended Comprehensive Cover.
24. Any and all implied warranties on the product shall not exceed in duration of this limited warranty, which begins with the date of purchase by the Customer. The terms and conditions stated in this warranty shall be the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of product failure during the warranty period. The Company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of this product or inability to use this product or for the breach of this or any other express or implied warranty. The Company makes no warranty beyond what is contained in writing. The Company does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this warranty.

Claims, if any, arising from or under this Extended Comprehensive Cover will be restricted to courts at Chennai only and will be subject to the laws of India.
